You will then have the option to edit the Line Item Detail field: fill out this field if you want a particular bit of text displayed on the parent's invoice e.g. 'for after care services rendered 13th, 14th, 15th of September'. 

You can add terms of the invoice as a Line Item Detail either on an individual invoice, or in bulk by selecting the different invoice boxes and using the bulk action dropdown tool to edit them all at once. This can come in handy for deposit invoices that are non-refundable, and you can add extra terms beyond the dates of the invoice(s). 

It's in your best interests to provide as much information as needed about the terms of an invoice, given to parents directly on your TUIO invoices, so you are covered in the rare instances where you need to resolve disputes such as parent chargebacks.
