# 🚀Attendance and Class Management

## Simplify how you track attendance and manage classes — with built-in scheduling, time tracking, and attendance-linked billing

### Overview

A comprehensive suite of tools designed to simplify how organizations track student and staff attendance while managing classes more efficiently.

This upcoming release will streamline everything from student check-ins to staff timesheets — automating communication, reporting, and even billing — so your team can focus time where it matters most. 🌱

### 1. Class Management & Scheduling 📅

Create and manage classes with ease. The system will support both recurring and ad hoc scheduling, class capacity limits, and flexible student assignments. Administrators can set up timetables, organize staff placements, and manage class sessions — forming the foundation for attendance tracking and communication throughout the platform.

### 2. Student Attendance Tracking 📋

Track attendance accurately and effortlessly. Staff will be able to mark students as present or absent directly, while parents receive automatic notifications when a student is checked absent. Optional parent or student self-check-ins will make this even more flexible for aftercare programs or extracurricular activities.
