Resending a Parent Activation Email

Sometimes a parent you’ve “Notified” may say they haven’t received their invite. While TUIO automatically sends an email each time you notify a parent, inboxes can get busy, and it’s easy for messages to be overlooked.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Ask parents to look for an email from noreply@tuiopay.com.

  • If they still can’t find it, you can easily resend the activation email.

How to Resend the Activation Email

  1. Go to the Enrollments tab.

  2. Search for the parent by name.

  3. Click the three vertical dots next to their name.

  4. Select Notify Parent to resend the activation email.

To find all parents who have been invited but haven’t yet accepted, use the filter: Parent account status → Invited

This generates a list of parents who may need the invite resent.
