Transaction Fees Tab Overview
To review the transaction fees applying to your account, click on the 'Transaction Fees' tab of the Organization Settings from your Organization Experience.
The Base Fee represents what your organization pays on every transaction paid online, assuming you are absorbing this fee. The minimum fee is the floor that applies on each transaction fee - in the example above, it signifies that no transaction fee can be smaller than $1.
The Parent Service Fee represents the service fee charged to parents when they use a credit card or bank account (if you pass on all fees). In this example there is a $0.35 + 3% credit card fee made to offset exactly the Processing Fee paid by you.
