If there’s still no action taken, no additional automatic reminders will be sent. In these cases, you can manually follow up using the **Remind Parent** feature. --- ### How to Manually Send an Email Reminder 1. Go to the **Invoices** tab. 2. Find the unpaid invoice you'd like to follow up on. 3. Click the **three-dot menu** on the right-hand side of the invoice row. 4. Select **Remind Parent**. An email notification will be sent immediately to the parent. > **Important:** The parent’s account must be in **Active** status to receive email notifications. > If the account is not active, you’ll need to [**resend the invitation**](https://support.tuiopay.com/b.-how-to-resend-the-activation-email-to-a-parent?hsLang=en) instead. --- ### Sending Bulk Reminders You can also send reminders for multiple unpaid invoices at once: 1. Select the invoices you want to follow up on by checking the boxes. 2. Click the **Actions** button at the bottom of the page. 3.
