Automatic Reminders for Unpaid Invoices
Automatic Reminder After 24 Hours
When an invoice remains unpaid and no bank payment is in progress 24 hours after it’s issued, TUIO automatically sends an email reminder to the parent.
If there’s still no action taken, no additional automatic reminders will be sent. In these cases, you can manually follow up using the Remind Parent feature.
How to Manually Send an Email Reminder

Go to the Invoices tab.

Find the unpaid invoice you'd like to follow up on.

Click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side of the invoice row.

Select Remind Parent.
An email notification will be sent immediately to the parent.
Important: The parent’s account must be in Active status to receive email notifications.
If the account is not active, you’ll need to resend the invitation instead.
Sending Bulk Reminders
You can also send reminders for multiple unpaid invoices at once:

Select the invoices you want to follow up on by checking the boxes.

Click the Actions button at the bottom of the page.

Choose Remind Parent to notify all selected recipients.
Note: You can only send reminders for invoices that are unpaid and where the parent has already been notified of the enrollment.
