This upcoming feature will bring new flexibility to how billing works within programs — allowing organizations to tailor charges and discounts dynamically based on what families actually select during enrollment.

By introducing conditional billing and automatic discount logic, administrators will be able to reduce manual setup time while improving accuracy and transparency for families. ⚙️

When enrollments are created — whether by organization administrators or during the registration process — billing will adapt to what’s selected.
Allow families or staff to choose items à la carte and automatically generate invoices only for those chosen. No more manual adjustments or billing for unused items — just smart, dynamic billing that reflects each family’s selections.

2. Conditional Discounts 💸

Discounts that apply themselves.
As enrollments are created, organization discounts will automatically apply based on the selected items and payment plans. This ensures consistency, eliminates oversight, and simplifies setup for recurring programs — all while maintaining flexibility for complex pricing models.
