This upcoming feature will make it easier for organizations to share news, updates, and announcements directly through TUIO — without needing separate email software.
While TUIO already supports two-way communication between staff and families (1:1 or 1:many), this new feature introduces a broadcast-style messaging tool designed specifically for one-way communication.
Organizations will be able to design and send customized newsletters and announcements directly from the platform, ensuring families stay informed about updates, events, or reminders — all within the same ecosystem they already use. 📨
1. One-Way Broadcast Communication 📢
Send announcements and newsletters without opening a conversation thread. This mode ensures messages are received but not replied to — ideal for important notices, updates, or general communications that don’t require responses.
2. Customizable Email Templates ✉️
Design branded email layouts using organization logos, colors, and preferred formatting. Create engaging newsletters that reflect your school or organization’s identity — without leaving TUIO.
3. Centralized Communication Hub 🧭
Keep all communications in one place. Families receive updates where they already manage billing, registrations, and attendance — eliminating the need for external mailing tools or fragmented contact lists.
