These dates are initially set in the **Program Settings** and can be adjusted for individual students when creating an enrollment. For late-start enrollments, you may need to manually adjust the start date if the student’s actual start day differs from the enrollment create date. --- #### **Start Date Configuration Options** You can select from the following options in your Program Settings: - **Always use program start date** Ideal for creating multiple enrollments after the program has already begun. Ensures consistency with the original program schedule. - **Always use enrollment create date** Automatically sets the start date to when the enrollment is created—helpful if you're enrolling students as they join. - **Always leave blank** Requires manual entry of the start date for each enrollment. This is useful if enrollment start dates vary and you want to avoid automatic defaults that may be inaccurate. --- #### **End Date Configuration Options** Customize how the enrollment end date is handled with these options: - **Always use enrollment start date + specified number of days** Best for rolling admissions or fixed-term programs (e.g., a 90-day course). You can define the duration in days to automatically calculate the end date. - **Always leave blank** Useful when each student has a unique end date. Ensures the correct end date is selected manually during enrollment. --- #### **Creating an Enrollment** Once your preferred settings are configured in the Program settings, you can confirm or customize the start and end dates when creating a new enrollment from the **Enrollments**, **Registrations** or **Students** tab.
