# How to change the bank account receiving school payouts

To change the bank account receiving your school’s payouts, contact [TUIO support](mailto:support@tuiopay.com) from an authorized school administrator account.

### Documents to provide

Provide a **void cheque/check or a signed bank letter**, dated **within the last six months**, showing:

- Your company’s name and address
- The bank routing number and account number

### What happens next

TUIO will share the document with the payment processor to validate and update the banking information on your merchant account.

This request is separate from changing a parent’s payment method.
