How to Export Registration Data

Export Overview

By applying filters and exporting from the Registrations tab, you can generate a spreadsheet that includes detailed registration information. When a single program is selected, the export will also contain data submitted through its form fields, with each field represented as a separate column in the spreadsheet.

Available Filters

To refine your export, the following filters are available:

  • Status – Choose specific registration statuses to export:
    Pending Review, Enrolled, Rejected, Reviewed Wait Listed. Draft and Deleted are also available to choose.

  • Create Date (From/To) – Filter registrations by a specific date range based on submission create date.

  • Program Group – Export registrations from all programs within a selected program group.

  • Program – Select one or more specific programs.

    🔹 To include form field responses in your export, you must filter for one program only.

  • Registration Model – Filter based on the program’s registration setup. For example, selecting “Register with registration fee” will export only those registrations linked to an invoice.

  • Tag – Filter by one or more custom tags that have been applied to registrations.

How to Export

  1. Navigate to the Registrations tab.

  2. Apply your desired filters.

  3. Click the green EXPORT button.

  4. Save the file to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred spreadsheet software.

⚠️ Note: Form field data is only included when exactly one program is selected. If no program or multiple programs are selected, form responses will not appear in the export.
