Contact [support@tuiopay.com](mailto:support@tuiopay.com) to coordinate the closure and confirm any remaining steps. ### Prepare your records 1. **Choose your scope.** List the organizations, school years or payment periods you need. Include former families where relevant. Check status and date filters so that archived records are not unintentionally omitted. 2. **Export invoice details.** Follow [How to export invoice data to Excel](https://support.tuiopay.com/how-to-export-invoice-data-to-excel?hsLang=en) for billed charges, invoice items, related transactions and discounts. 3. **Save payment and reconciliation records.** Use the transaction and accounting exports appropriate to your package. Review refunds, credits and outstanding balances separately. The [report selector](https://support.tuiopay.com/which-report-or-export-should-i-use?hsLang=en) explains which file answers each question. 4. **Review school-issued receipts and statements.** Check the reporting periods and family details, and save the receipt PDFs you need. Parents can follow [the receipt download guide](https://parentsupport.tuiopay.com/how-to-download-a-tax-receipt-or-payment-statement?hsLang=en) while their access is available. 5. **Save student or enrollment records you need.** Use the relevant exports and confirm that the selected organizations, students and enrollment statuses match your intended scope. 6. **Open the downloaded files.** Check that they contain the expected dates and records before treating your collection as complete. Store them in a secure location available to the authorized staff who will handle future questions. ### Coordinate anything still outstanding Tell TUIO support if payments, refunds, disputes, receipt corrections or data requests remain open. Confirm how those items will be handled before the account is closed. Downloading records does not cancel scheduled billing or close the account. ### If access has already ended Contact TUIO support with the school name, the periods needed and the types of records you are requesting. Support can review the request and explain the available next steps.
