# How to Remove Parents

### How to Remove Parents from TUIO

To remove a parent from your TUIO account, follow these steps:

1. **Go to the Parents tab**

**Delete a Parent**

- To delete an individual parent, click the **three dots** on the right side of their row and select **Delete**.

- - To delete multiple parents at once, use the **checkboxes** to select them, then click the **Actions** button and choose **Delete**.

> **Important:** A parent cannot be deleted if they are associated with any active enrollments. All enrollments must be **archived or deleted** before the parent can be removed.

1. **Viewing Deleted Parents**  
   You can view deleted parents at any time by enabling the **'Show deleted'** filter.
2. **Restoring Deleted Parents**  
   Deleted parents can be restored individually by clicking the **three dots** next to their name and selecting **Restore**.
