How to Remove Parents from TUIO
To remove a parent from your TUIO account, follow these steps:

Go to the Parents tab
Delete a Parent

To delete an individual parent, click the three dots on the right side of their row and select Delete.

To delete multiple parents at once, use the checkboxes to select them, then click the Actions button and choose Delete.

Important: A parent cannot be deleted if they are associated with any active enrollments. All enrollments must be archived or deleted before the parent can be removed.

Viewing Deleted Parents
You can view deleted parents at any time by enabling the 'Show deleted' filter. -
Restoring Deleted Parents
Deleted parents can be restored individually by clicking the three dots next to their name and selecting Restore.
