How to View 'On Hold' Invoices

If you need to review invoices that are currently on hold, you can easily filter them in the Invoices tab. This allows you to decide whether to remove the holds, delete the invoices, or keep them on hold for now.

To view only invoices on hold:

  1. Go to the Invoices tab.

  2. Click the Filter (funnel icon on the right of the search bar)

  3. Check the box for Show only on hold invoices.

To remove a hold from an invoice:

  1. From the filtered list, locate the invoice you want to update.
  2. Click the 3 vertical dots on the right of the invoice and select “Remove Hold”. The invoice will return to its regular payment status.

You can also click Export to create a spreadsheet containing only your filtered results — in this case, just the invoices that are on hold.
