Understanding Registration Models on TUIO
TUIO offers a variety of registration models to help you tailor the enrollment process based on your organization’s needs. Each model determines how and when a student becomes officially enrolled after a parent submits a registration. This guide explains each model and how to use them effectively.
1. Online registration with fee - Families pay a fee upon registering, and enrollment will be pending acceptance by administrator
2. Online registration without review - Families' registrations do not require review by administrator, and enrollments are confirmed on the spot. No registration fee is charged
3. Online registration without fee - Registration is free for families, and enrollment will be pending acceptance by administrator
4. Online registration without review with fee - Families' registrations do not require review by administrator, and enrollments are confirmed on the spot. A registration fee is also charged upon submission of the form, prior to enrollment.
5. Fee collection before online registration - Families pay a fee before registering, and enrollment will be pending acceptance by administrator. This guarantees that the registration fee invoice is paid for every submission.
