TUIO offers a variety of registration models to help you tailor the enrollment process based on your organization’s needs. Each model determines how and when a student becomes officially enrolled after a parent submits a registration. This guide explains each model and how to use them effectively.
1. Online registration without fee
Registration is free for families, and enrollment will be pending acceptance by administrator
2. Online registration with fee
Families pay a fee upon registering, and enrollment will be pending acceptance by administrator
3. Online registration without review without fee
Families' registrations do not require review by administrator, and enrollments are confirmed on the spot. No registration fee is charged
4. Online registration without review with fee
Families' registrations do not require review by administrator, and enrollments are confirmed on the spot. A registration fee is also charged upon submission of the form, prior to enrollment.

5. Fee collection before online registration
Families pay a fee before registering, and enrollment will be pending acceptance by administrator. This guarantees that the registration fee invoice is paid for every submission.
Please note that registration and application fees collected through online forms must be paid instantly in order to submit the form. For this reason, only credit cards or virtual debit cards can be used for form-based payments.
To reduce friction for prospective families applying/registering to your school, most schools choose to absorb the service fees associated with these payments and simply bake the cost into the form fee amount. This creates a smoother checkout experience and helps avoid drop-off during the application/registration process.
