🏫 Organization Experience

• Corrected Discount Calculations:

  Fixed an issue where percentage discounts were incorrectly applied against the posted price instead of the inherent product price in discount-mode enrollments.

  Existing discounts remain unchanged.

• Bulk Enrollment Restoration Fix:

  Resolved a problem affecting organizations that attempted to restore multiple enrollments at once.

• Zero-Balance Invoice Export Fix:

  Fixed an issue where invoices that became $0 due to discounts did not export correctly in the custom accounting export.

• Discount Adjustment Column Fix:

  Corrected a problem where discount adjustment line item columns were left unpopulated in the custom accounting export.

• Correct Discount Amounts in Export:

  Fixed an issue where incorrect discount values were exported for discount entries in both separate line item mode and double entry mode.

• Parent Profile Search Fix:

  Resolved a text search issue on Parent Profile › Form Submissions when the status filter was removed.

• Invoice Creation Safeguards:

  Added new protections to prevent unexpected issues when both a parent and an administrator select payment plans for an enrollment in close succession.

• Hold/Unhold Menu Updates:

  Updated permissions so that organization administrators can now access both Place on Hold and Remove on Hold options directly from the kebab menu.
