New in-app help, enhanced text messaging controls, and a cleaner navigation experience
🏫 Organization Experience
Donation Receipts

Donation invoices can now be downloaded only when paid or refunded, preventing premature access.

Receipt dates now reflect the actual donation paid date instead of the pledge/issue date.
Updated Navigation & Menu Changes

“My Account” moved to top-right:
Users can now access their account settings and sign-out from the top-right corner of the app.

Conversations relocated:
The Conversations system is now part of the Communications menu and appears as the email icon in the top-right navigation.
On mobile, this is grouped under My Account.

New in-app help access:
A Help icon (question mark) is now available in the top-right corner.

Organization admins can choose between the Organization or Parent help portal.
-
Parents are automatically redirected to the Parent Help Portal in a new tab.

On mobile, this option also appears under My Account.

App Call-Out (Feature Highlights):
TUIO may periodically show an App Call-Out button to highlight new features or announcements.

Only organization administrators can view the call-out.

On mobile devices, this also appears in My Account.

Text Messaging
Enabling Text Messaging
Organizations may now enable text messaging through either:

Organization Profile › Text Messaging (enable + accept rate), or
-
Communications › Conversation › Enable Text Messaging
Only full organization administrators can enable the feature.
Sending Text Messages
Once enabled:

Administrators with Conversation Write permission can choose to send messages via SMS using the new checkbox under the message input field.

When selected, TUIO displays:
-
Number of recipients
-
Number of SMS segments per recipient
-
Important details:
-
Only parents with valid phone numbers receive texts.
-
Admins and senders do not yet receive copies of SMS messages.
-
SMS delivery is not guaranteed.
-
Attempted sends are billed, not delivered messages.
-
Attachments are not supported for SMS delivery.
Billing & Rates
-
SMS usage is added to the organization’s monthly volume of attempted messages.
-
Fees are billed on the 1st of each month for the previous month.

Charges include:
-
Basic monthly rate (always charged), and
-
Per-text rate Ă— total messages attempted
-
-
The Responsible Person receives the SMS invoice.
-
SMS rates are rounded up to the nearest cent.
-
Disabling the feature does not cancel fees already accrued.
Access Restrictions:
-
Organization users without Conversation Write cannot use SMS messaging.
-
Some interface improvements were also made to the Conversations view.
