Streamlined donation receipts, improved message delivery, and smarter payment handling

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Experience

  • Improved Loading Feedback:

    A new loading indicator now appears on the payment method selector during enrollments and registration workflows. This ensures a smoother user experience when parents have slower internet connections or multiple stored payment methods.

🏫 Organization Experience

  • Custom Donation Receipt Message:

    Schools can now add a custom message to appear on all donation receipts.

    Set this up via Settings › Donations › Display message on receipt.

    This applies retroactively to all receipts.

  • Enhanced Form Editor Controls:

    Admins can now control admin-only editability for rich-text fields directly from the Field Editor › Edit Field window.

  • Restricted Rich-Text Editing on Parent Side:

    Rich-text fields marked as admin-only are now fully non-editable for organization users when displayed on parent-facing workflows (such as registration or submission forms).

  • Simplified Rich-Text Editing for Enrollments:

    The admin-only edit toggle has been removed from enrollment rich-text fields as it had no current impact.

  • Custom Accounting Export Enhancements:

    In separate line item mode, transaction fees and tax lines can now be displayed as negative amounts.

    This option can be toggled per template. By default, it remains off.

  • Easier Navigation:

    Clicking on a program name within the Registration Forms › Details page now takes users directly to that program’s registration details.

  • Text Message Delivery for Organization Users:

    Organization-level users now also receive outgoing text messages at the phone number listed in their TUIO account.

    Phone numbers can only be managed by the users themselves.

  • Smarter Past Due $0 Invoice Handling:

    $0 invoices with a past due date are no longer considered overdue.

    They are excluded from overdue filters, reminder notifications, and visual alerts.

  • Resolved an issue preventing state changes on enrollments with pending upfront payments.

  • Fixed incorrect field behavior when entering $0 values in payment method discount mode invoices.

  • Fixed student gender values not updating correctly on form PDFs after profile edits and regeneration.

  • Fixed missing program names in registration invoice exports on custom accounting sheets.
