🆕TUIO 2026.10.2 - What's New
Attendance has a new Schedule tab that shows several classes on one calendar, the Collections report can now be exported, and parents see what they will pay before assigning a payment method.
Parent Experience
See what you will pay before you assign a payment method
- When you assign payment methods, each enrollment now shows its balance, the service fee it includes in dollars, and what is due now. View breakdown lists the invoices behind those figures.
- An enrollment with no payment method, or with an expired card, is preselected with your most recent card. Nothing changes until you press Save.
- You can add a card or bank account without leaving the dialog, and Set up enrollment uses the same layout.
Adding a payment method is quicker
- Add payment method now starts with two choices, Credit or debit card and Bank account, so you can see the difference at a glance.
- It finishes on the same assign step, with your new card already selected for the enrollments that need one.
Your invoice amounts are easier to read
- On an enrollment's All invoices list, Amount shows the invoice amount again, with a small Balance line beneath it while something is still owed. A paid invoice no longer reads $0.00.
- Each amount also shows the service fee it includes, so you can see where the total comes from.
Organization Experience
See several classes on one schedule
- Attendance has a new Schedule tab. Pick the classes you want and see all their events together on one calendar by day, week or month, with each event labelled by its class.
- Click an event to take attendance, or click or drag over an empty time to create an event for one of the picked classes. Print prints the calendar with the classes and dates in its header.
- Your picked classes are remembered the next time you open the tab, on any device.
Export the Collections report
- The Collections report now has an Export button beside Generate. It downloads one CSV file with every section of the report, followed by the transactions behind them.
- The file uses the filters you last applied with Generate. You need Organization Admin access to every organization in it.
More field types for one-off form questions
- Form custom fields now offers every type a parent custom field can be, such as short text, dropdown, date, address, phone and file upload, so you can ask a question on a single form without adding it to your field library.
- Answers stay with the form submission and are not copied to a profile. Report templates offer the same types.
Add several forms to a registration at once
- On a program's Registration tab, Add form now lets you pick several forms under Select forms and adds them in one go.
Former staff leave your notification lists
- When you remove an administrator, or they lose their last organization role, they now come off your organization's notification lists, so they stop receiving its emails.
- The Remove administrator confirmation lists each notification list they will leave and warns you when a list will have no one left on it.
- Your responsible person for fee billing can only be removed by TUIO.
- A notification list saved from a page opened before someone was removed now leaves them off and tells you, instead of refusing to save.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Update GL accounts of selected sometimes failing partway, leaving some invoices updated and others not. It now updates them one at a time and lists any invoice that could not be saved.
- Fixed Duplicate class copying more students than the Copy students count said, including students whose placement had ended. It now copies only placements that are active or scheduled.
- Fixed an Other answer not meeting is not, is none of and does not include rules in conditional logic. The Conditional logic dialog also marks Answer as required and now fits a phone screen.
- Fixed a refused change to a transaction's dates, note or receipting showing a code instead of the reason. It now says, for example, "Completion date cannot be later than today".
- Fixed the Payment plans column on a program's Settings page taking far more than half the width.
