General

• Profile Image Removal
  • Active user accounts can now remove their profile image. When an image is removed, the display defaults back to an avatar showing the user’s initials.

Parent Experience

• Improved Payment Failure Notifications
  • When a parent changes their payment method on an enrollment and an immediate payment is required, they will now receive clearer on-screen feedback if that payment fails — making it easier to understand what happened and take the next step.
• Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where parents were able to download student reports.

🏫 Organization Experience

• Reports Moved to Main Navigation
  • The Reports section has been moved out of the Organization sub-menu and is now a standalone Reports option in the main navigation sidebar, making it easier to access.
  • Existing pages have moved to clearer locations: the tax receipting page is now under Receipts > Tax receipting, and the student report templates page is now under Students > Custom report builder.
  • Two new report pages have been added: Transactions and Invoices. Some additional report pages are in preview and currently shown as disabled. Reports only display data for your currently logged-in organization.
• Page Feedback
  • Select pages - including Classes and Reports - now show a feedback link. Clicking it opens a dialog where you can share suggestions or comments directly with the team.
• Donation Fund Validation and Audit History
  • When creating a donation fund, you must now set either at least one preset donation amount or allow donors to enter a custom amount before the fund can be saved. This ensures every fund is properly configured before it goes live.
  • An audit history is now available on donation funds for users with the appropriate permissions, making it easy to see what changes have been made and when.
• Other Improvements
  • Navigation tabs across the main pages have been updated with a cleaner, clearer visual style.
  • Registration invoices now include a link directly to the related registration page, consistent with how enrollment invoices already link to their enrollment. The registration view permission is required to follow the link.
  • The custom accounting export now includes two new optional fields: the transaction note (if one was added at the time of the transaction) and the payment method used (for example, credit card or bank account). These can be enabled when configuring your export.
  • When enrolling a student from a registration using the Enroll dialog, the program is now automatically pre-filled if the student was not already enrolled in it, saving you a step.
  • When creating an enrollment for a student who has only one linked parent, that parent is now automatically pre-filled in the enrollment form. You can still change this by clicking the field and selecting a different parent.
  • Additional guidance and explanatory wording have been added to the Set payment plan & discount workflow when updating enrollments, making the process easier to follow.
  • Organization administrators with the appropriate student and parent write permission can now remove a student’s profile image using the Remove image option on the student’s profile.
• Bug Fixes
  • Fixed several mobile display issues, including overlapping button text, form fields overlapping the side menu, and a scrolling problem with the side menu.
