Reports navigation reorganized, new donation fund validation, and a range of improvements across enrollment, exports, and the mobile experience.
🏫 Organization Experience
- Credit statistics in parent export
- Credit-related statistics are now included when exporting parent records, giving you more complete data. Only organization administrators with the payment method read permission or better can export these.
- Auto-apply credits at invoice creation
- Credits with automatic allocation rules will now apply to a new invoice at the moment it is created, as long as the invoice meets the credit’s requirements.
- Improved credit allocation validation
- When editing an invoice, the system now prevents the invoice amount from being reduced below the total credits already applied to it.
- Credit import audit history
- Audit records are now created for credit allocations made via import, making it easier to track when and how credits were applied.
- Enrollments tab on student profile
- A new Enrollments tab has been added to each student’s profile, listing all enrollments associated with that student in one place.
- From this tab you can also create new enrollments for the student, or export enrollment data for that student specifically.
- Enrollment notification status on parent profile
- The enrollment list on a parent’s profile now shows whether the parent has been notified of each enrollment, so you can see at a glance who has been kept informed.
- Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where parent fees could be omitted when partially paying a discount-mode invoice with credit.
- Fixed a display issue where the total invoiced to date on an enrollment did not update after recalculating fees on an invoice.
- Fixed an issue where registrations were incorrectly shown in red when the related invoice had been refunded.
- Fixed a display issue with program dates showing incorrectly or partially on registrations.
- Fixed the Edit invoice dialog to correctly show a Save button instead of Add.
