🆕TUIO 2026.3.2 - What's New

Improved program-level workflows, more accurate exports, enhanced audits, and credit handling fixes

Organization Experience

  • Fixes & Improvements

    • Fixed an issue where applying the full available credit balance could incorrectly return an insufficient credit error.

    • Deleted program payment plans will no longer appear in the Enrollments › Payment Plan filter.

    • Improved audit tracking when accounts are removed from organizations.

    Program-Level Management Enhancements

    New: Enrollments Tab on Program Details

    • A new Enrollments tab is now available on the Program details page.

    • Only enrollments related to that program are shown.

    • The View Enrollments and Add Students buttons have been removed.

    • Students can now be added directly by enrolling them into the program.

    • Exports from this view will include only enrollment data for that program.

    New: Registrations Tab on Program Details

    • A new Registrations tab is now available on the Program details page.

    • Only registrations linked to the specific program are shown.

    • Additional statistics are now displayed for:

      • Waitlisted registrations

      • Pending enrollment

      • Unpaid registrations

    • These statistics are clickable for quick filtering and review.

    • Exporting from this view includes full registration details for the selected program.

    Note:
    This replaces the previous workflow where administrators had to filter the main Registrations page by program before exporting.

    Export & Invoice Improvements

    • Invoice export net payout values now better align with payment processor deposits.

      • Previous rounding discrepancies in exports have been corrected.

      • Actual transaction calculations and processor-reported values were always accurate.

    • Invoice PDF structure updated:

      • Improved representation of:

        • Credits applied

        • Transactions linked to invoices

    Registration Workflow Update

    • Registrations in Pending Payment state can now be waitlisted directly using the kebab (three-dot) menu on the Registrations page.
