Fixed the bank account and credit dialogs displaying too wide. The dialogs now open at a more appropriate size.

- Fixed a display issue where refunded invoices incorrectly appeared as Past due on the enrollment’s invoice list.

Collections report

Report availability
- The Collections report is currently available to US organizations and non-Canadian organizations that pass transaction fees on to parents in full.

Fee breakdown label
- The label in the Fee Breakdown section has been updated to read Transaction fee sales tax.
Credits

Parent credit notification email
- When you add a credit to a parent's account, you can now optionally notify the parent by email. The notification includes the credit name, amount, available balance, whether the credit will be automatically applied to eligible invoices, and any restrictions that apply — such as specific programs, students, invoice types, or a start date. You can choose to send the notification at the time you create the credit, or later from the kebab menu on the credits list.

Credit type field position
- The Type field in the credit dialog has been moved to appear after the Description field for a more natural form flow.
Charitable donations
- Donations unavailable for restricted regions
- Organizations in regions where charitable donations are not permitted will now see the Enable donations checkbox disabled, with a message explaining that charitable donations are not available in their region.
Bug Fixes

Collections report date picker
- Fixed an issue where the date picker in the Collections report stopped working after the date fields were cleared.

Collections report figures
- Fixed an issue where some figures in the Collections report could display incorrectly. The report now shows accurate totals across all sections.
- Bulk receipt download
- Fixed an issue where sending or downloading a large batch of receipts from Reports > Receipts could time out before completing. Large batches now process reliably from start to finish.
