General

• Conversation messages that were also delivered as a text message now show a label indicating SMS delivery, so you can tell at a glance which messages were sent both in-app and as an SMS.
• Temporarily hid the attachment option on conversation messages while related permissions work is in progress.

Organization Experience

Past due payment indicators

• Visual indicators for past due payments now appear in the places where you set up or change payments for an enrollment, so you can see upfront when a change will result in past due payments. They appear in the Confirm parent notify dialog when auto-enrolling, in the Select enrollment payment plan dialog (where past due notes are shown when a payment plan has expired issue dates), and in a new confirm dialog with a past due note when using the Notify parent button on the enrollment detail page.

Add payment by due date

• A new Add payment by due date option is available in enrollment payment setup, making it easier to schedule a single payment by a due date instead of building a full payment plan.

Multiple scheduled payments

• Setups that include multiple scheduled payments now have explicit due and issue date support and display, and the start date label has been updated for clarity.

Transaction initiated date

New initiated date on transactions

• Transactions now have an Initiated date — capturing when a transaction was first initiated — alongside the existing resolve date. The new date is shown as a column on the Transactions lister and throughout when needing to use the transaction's initiated date.

Initiated date in exports

• The Transactions export now includes the transaction initiated date (in ET), and the Invoices export Transactions sheet has been updated to include the new transaction date columns.

Accounting export with initiate date filter

• The accounting custom export now also shows the initate date filter for transactions.

Invoice PDF shows resolve date

• Invoice PDFs now show the payment resolve date instead of the previous payment create date.

Cash payments and resolve dates

Cash payment dates captured

• When you record a cash payment from Pay invoice, both the transaction initiation date and the resolve date are now optionally set, giving a more accurate timeline for cash transactions.

Credits

Auto credit application wording

• The wording shown when no invoices are currently eligible for auto credit application has been improved, so it's clearer why nothing is being applied.

Standardized credit identifier

• The way credit identifiers are saved when they are dates has been standardized across the credits flow for consistency. If they are anything else than a date, they continue to be stored as is.

Credit restriction icons

• The single lock icon previously shown for credit restrictions has been replaced with individual icons for each item the restriction applies to (such as specific programs, students, or invoice types), with details available in a hover popover on each icon.

Class placements rework

Enrollment required for class placements

• All student placements in classes now require an enrollment to be linked to the placement. When placing students, a new Place students wizard guides you through selecting the class, adding students and their related enrollments, and setting their placement dates. The experience is consistent across both single and bulk flows.

Edit placement rework

• The Edit placement experience for class students has been reworked for both individual and bulk edits, giving you a more consistent flow for adjusting placements after they're created.

Class dates prepopulated

• The placement start and end dates are now prepopulated from the class itself when adding a placement, saving you a step.

Classes list start and end date columns

• The classes list Dates column has been split into separate Start date and End date columns, with indicators showing when the placement dates fall outside of the class dates and when they follow the class's dates.

Class list download

• Consistent download filename

  • The Class List download filename format has been made consistent with other downloads in the app.

• Bulk attendance list download

  • Bulk download of class attendance lists across classes has been improved.

• Expanded student details on lists

  • The student column on the Class list and many other interfaces now shows date of birth, age, and the student identifier where relevant, making it easier to identify the right student at a glance.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the Create class button being visible to users without the Class write permission. The button is now correctly hidden when the permission isn't granted.

• Fixed several issues that could occur when changing receipt amounts.

• Fixed large padding on the bulk pay invoices view.

• Fixed an issue where archiving or deleting an enrollment failed to remove the parent from the related targeted conversations.The conversation event now also shows the participant's full name for single add or remove events.

• Fixed the Transactions export so that refunds now display as negative values in the payout column.
