🆕TUIO 3.18.0 – What’s New

Improved the parent-existence detection logic to reduce false errors stating that a parent already exists in the organization.
- Particularly helpful during registration workflows where parents previously encountered unnecessary warnings.
Custom date fields are once again prefilled correctly during:
- Registration workflows
- Form submission workflows

Organizations can now generate iframe snippets to embed TUIO workflows directly into external websites. Available for:
- Registration workflows
- Form submission workflows
- Donation workflows
A technical team member familiar with HTML should insert these iframe snippets into your site.

Iframe Options

When generating the embed code, the following configurable behaviors are available:
- On completion, sign the user out
  - Highly recommended for security and to prevent users from remaining signed in while still inside your website.
  - Helps avoid user confusion or getting “stuck” in an embedded app environment.
- On completion, redirect the user to:
  - Accepts a full URL such as https://example.com
  - The https:// or http:// prefix must be included
  - Useful when keeping users signed in but wanting to bring them back to your website after completion
Organizations should always test the embedded workflow after updating their website to ensure both functionality and visual layout are correct.
Fixed an issue where the parent invited email appeared on the Organization Report Receipts page instead of the account email that actually receives the receipt. (This did not affect delivery of emails.)

Fixed an issue where the Registration submitted email used the invited email instead of the account email when available.
Fixed an issue where Price and Discount amount fields on invoices could still be edited after the invoice was paid or refunded.

(No impact occurred on existing invoicing, but editing is now blocked as intended.)
Fixed an issue where the Enrollment payment bulk menu disappeared if multiple enrollments were selected after updating payment details for a single enrollment.
Fixed an issue where bulk marking returned invoices as paid did not function correctly.
Enrollment discounts now appear in the Enrollment > General section even before selecting a payment method.
Custom date fields now repopulate correctly when regenerating Registrations or Forms.
