📧 General Improvements

• The entire system received a security and code update for performance and maintainability.

• Registration and form submission PDFs now display submission timestamps in Eastern Time (ET).

  • Newly generated PDFs include this automatically

  • Older PDFs must be regenerated to display the updated timestamp

• Custom Response Notes on forms now correctly save all parent-provided inputs without overwriting or losing text.

🏫 Organization Experience

• Payment Plan Filter Improvement:

  The payment plan filter on the Enrollments and Invoices lists no longer requires filtering by Program first.

  • If Programs are filtered, only payment plans belonging to those Programs are shown.

• Auto-Enroll Behavior Updated:

  Auto-Enroll settings on Program Settings now correctly reflect the real stored value and behave consistently.

• Mark as Paid (Cash) for $0 Invoices:

  The transaction date selected by the admin is now properly displayed when marking a $0 invoice as paid by cash.

• Enhanced Transactions Export:

  Added two new columns:

  • Organization

  • Currency
