Performance updates and improved payment method handling


👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Experience

  • The registration workflow loads faster due to backend optimizations

  • Parents can now change their registration payment method while the registration is pending payment or payment failed

  • Improved reliability of upcoming payment method reminder messages

  • Parents removed from an organization no longer receive reminder notifications

  • Fixed issue where student custom fields did not appear on the parent experience

🏫 Organization Experience

  • Faster loading of programs and program-related data

  • Organization administrators can no longer delete their own payment methods when acting only as parents

  • Only TUIO admins can update the responsible person for transaction fee billing

  • Invoice descriptions/names are now searchable

  • Invoice description/name now appears in transaction exports as Description

  • Clarified tax label: Transaction fee sales tax

  • For cash/check transactions, TUIO now stores the correct transaction fee sales tax name and rate on responsible person invoices.

  • Searching for invoices using student first names without last names now works correctly

  • Fixed issue where bulk payment plan assignment only applied to some selected enrollments

  • Transaction export now shows Transaction Date in ET (with timezone indicators added across similar fields)

  • Fixed missing program names in registration accepted/rejected/waitlisted email notifications

  • “Cash” removed as an option in the Payment Method filter on Enrollments

  • Fixed issue preventing multiple sequential discounts from applying when a payment plan was selected later

  • Fixed issue where organization admins couldn’t change payment methods on registrations

  • Added Parent Account Status filter on Enrollments

  • Fixed issue where organizations were unable to change the registration payment method

  • Fixed search by full name on Students and Invoices

  • Fixed error when importing students

  • Fixed issue where a previously added credit cards created a phantom duplicate when re-added

    • Removed phantom credit cards

  • Fixed Donations › Transactions export from incorrectly fetching non-donation transactions

  • Fixed export duplication issue caused by Transaction create date (from) filter

  • Fixed pagination issues where registration payment methods couldn’t be changed

  • The Transactions export has been optimized for faster downloads

  • When adding a payment method for or as a parent, users must now choose the organization it will be used for

    • Only organizations where both the admin and parent have access will appear

  • Fixed issue in donation exports where non-donation transactions were pulled into the Donations › Transactions export

  • Corrected errors during student import
