🏫 Organization Experience

Registration Tags

Organizations can now assign custom tags to registrations.

• Tags are organization-specific and fully customizable.

• Tags can be created and managed directly when selecting tags on a registration.

• Tags can be assigned by any user with Registration: Read permission or higher.

• Tags are added from the Tags section inside a registration.

This provides better categorization and filtering capability for managing large registration lists.

Due Tomorrow Email Timing:

Invoice “due tomorrow” reminders are now sent earlier — at 7 PM ET — and only to:

• Active, notified parents

• Who have not yet selected a payment method for their enrollments

Custom Accounting Export Enhancements

• Parent account email now appears in Parent Email fields when available.

• New filter options:

  • Invoice Paid Date

  • Invoice State

• New exportable fields:

  • Invoice: Invoice State, Invoice Item Type

  • Transaction: Transaction Type

  • Student: Student Custom Identifier

Refund Handling Improvements

• Refunds now share the same GL debit/credit accounts as payment transactions.

• Refund amounts show inverse signs in the Amount / Amount Total fields.

• Grouped/Single entry mode now shows full invoice or transaction amounts.

• Double-entry mode now shows correct signs for debit and credit.

GL Account Editing Expansion

• GL accounts can now be edited for:

  • Donations

  • Registrations

  • All related invoice transactions

• An information section explains which invoice types are affected.

• Edits apply appropriately across all associated product types.

Invoice Improvements

• Invoice type (e.g. Scheduled, Upfront/Deposit) now appears next to the Invoice ID.

• More precise invoice-type filtering is now available.

• The Edit button becomes active even when only editing discounts.

Field Duplication

• Fields can now be duplicated from within a form.

  • This creates a new instance of the field for the organization (Parent/Student/Enrollment type preserved).

Parent Page Updates

• Improved filtering on the Parents page — parent accounts can now be filtered more precisely by account status.

Other updates:

• Payment Plan Fix

  • Fixed an issue where bulk-editing invoices in Discount Mode did not update the price totals correctly.

• Invoice Date Fixes:
  • Corrected issues where invoice pages showed incorrect Paid or Refunded dates.
• Invoice Details Page Updated:
  • Now uses consistent sentence case throughout.
