📧 General Improvements

Save-for-Later Registrations

• Parents/applicants can now save registrations for later while filling out forms.

• When returning to the program’s registration link, they can:

  • Continue the existing draft

  • Start a fresh submission

  • Delete any draft registrations they no longer want

• Organization administrators can see Draft registrations on the main Registrations page.

  • Drafts cannot be opened or edited — only deleted — until the parent submits them.

Waitlist Invitations

• Waitlisted families can now be invited to register for other programs.

• Admins can use the kebab menu on waitlisted registrations to send invitations.

• This creates a Draft registration and emails the parent a direct link.

• If the parent is signed in, they land directly on the form.

Waitlist Ordering

• Organization administrators can now click into a waitlisted registration to view all waitlisted entries for that program.

• The list shows a clear order indicator, based on the original registration creation time.

🏫 Organization Experience

Journal Entries Export Improvements

• The Journal Entries export now uses improved logic to correctly handle tax calculations.

• Invoice sales taxes are now included directly within all Asset-type GL Account export amounts.

  • They are no longer exported as a separate line item.

• Non-asset GL export lines remain unchanged.

Overdue Invoice Notifications

• Overdue invoice emails to organization administrators now include:

  • A list of overdue invoices

  • Direct links to the related invoice details and enrollment details

New Registration Filter

• The main Registrations page now includes a filter for the related invoice status, improving visibility when tracking payment progress.

Discount Mode Enhancements

• The price calculator in discount mode now supports inputs for Bank Account Payout, helping administrators better estimate expected invoice amounts.

• Discount mode discounts now receive an additional TUIO adjustment portion to align discount calculations more closely with those in service-fee mode.

  • The discount chosen by the organization is not changed — the adjustment is separate.

• Fixed an issue where the Product line could incorrectly appear on service-fee mode invoices.

Performance, Usability & Data Accuracy Updates

• Improved loading performance when opening Custom Export Templates.

• Individualized Student Reports now include the student ID in the PDF filename.

• Fixed an issue where incorrect audit entry accounts were created when adding credits to parents.

• The Save button on Add Payment Method now stays active and performs input validation correctly.

• Standardized the availability requirements for Mark as Paid on invoice details and kebab menu.

• Fixed an issue preventing refunds on $0 invoices.

• Fixed an issue where student photos uploaded during registration did not appear later.

• Audits are now recorded when registration forms are added or removed from a program.
