🆕TUIO 3.30.3 – What’s New

Improvements to draft registration cleanup, donation settings, overdue notifications, credits, and parent payment workflows

📧 General Improvements

Draft Registration Cleanup:

Deleting a Draft registration now also deletes any pending payment invoices that were created for that draft, ensuring cleaner data and fewer abandoned invoices.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Experience

  • Registration Fee Payment Fix:

    Fixed an issue preventing some parents from paying their registration fees inside TUIO if they didn’t pay during the initial registration workflow.

  • Donor Receipt Download Fix:

    Donors can now successfully download their receipts after completing a donation —

    Note: Donors who did not provide their information are not eligible for receipts.

  • Payment Method Carry-Over Fix:

    Fixed a case where the enrollment’s payment method could incorrectly carry over into the registration during the workflow on some registration models.

🏫 Organization Experience

  • Donation Preset Amount Fix:

    Fixed an issue where preset donation amounts in Donation Settings were not being saved correctly.

  • Explicit Registration State Filtering:

    All registration states — except Deleted — are now included by default in the Registrations page filter for clearer visibility.

  • Credits Usable for Return/Chargeback Invoices:

    Credits can now be applied toward Returned and Chargeback invoices.

  • Improved Form Field Movement:

    Enhanced the drag-and-drop usability of moving fields around in form layouts.

  • Donation Settings Input Fix:

    Improved the sizing and usability of the Authorized Person input in Donation Settings.

  • Overdue Invoice Email Update:

    Overdue invoice notification emails now include Parent and Student names for clarity.

    The Enrollment ID has been removed.

  • Missing Parent Name Fix:

    Fixed an issue where parent names would not appear on the Invoices table.

  • Donation PDF Download Fix:

    Resolved an error that occurred when downloading a donation PDF for a donation that had no payment method associated with it.

  • GL Account Deletion Display Fix:

    Fixed an issue where results sometimes would not display correctly after a GL account was deleted.
