d. How to Change Parent Details
There are some times where you might want to change the details of the parent contact details on TUIO.
This may be because:
- You had added a parent on TUIO, when in fact it is another family member who is making the payments
- The account activation email was sent to an incorrect email address
- The parent who is set up on the account is changing email addresses
- You want to fill in the custom fields for SIS purposes
For all of the above situations, and more, you can go to the Parents tab and access a given parent profile by clicking on their name.
Note: if a parent is requesting a change and they have access to their account, the easiest method for everyone would be to direct them to make that change themselves. They can do so on their 'My Profile' tab as shown below.
