b. How to Resend the Activation Email to a Parent
Have you ever had a parent that you have 'Notified' but who says they have not received any invite? While an email is sent every time you 'Notify' a parent in TUIO, we all receive a lot of emails every day and it's easy to miss one. Help your parents by letting them know that they should be looking for an email coming from [email protected]. In addition, here is an easy way to resend the invite to anyone who says they have not received it.
Resend the Activation Email to a Parent
Go to the Enrollments tab and look up the parent by name. Click the 3 vertical dot menu next to their name and click 'Notify Parent' to resend the activation email.
You can filter by Parent account status>Invited to generate a list of parents who may need the invite to be resent.
